NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 10, 2025, the Stevens Point Curling Club Board of Directors will hold a meeting.

Membership Planning Subcommittee - Steve
Focusing on try curling. 3 sessions planned, first on is last sat in sept, 10/14 is last. 90 min ea 5 per sheet. Hoping for 40 new curlers this season. New website updated w/ learn to curl info. $20/person. Taylor C and Cheever working on recruiting. Launch Aug 25. Learn to curl - more advanced events start after 10/12. $50/ 3 sessions. 1-2 nights/week. Instructional league in fall. For curlers with more experience. Skip clinic, delivery analysis, another

No updates. Will do inventory and set-up before opener. O’so will continue to do 5 for price of 4 barrels.
Curling Experiences & Facility Rentals - Brody
2026 visitors guide renewal Due July 26. Deadline extended 1 month. Last year we had a simple listing. I recommend we consider a color ad ⅓ page $720 promoting Learn to curl events and the club in general. It was decided to not do advertisement.
PCBC annual dues $360. Due 8/31/25

Registration is light. Sponsorship and volunteers are good. 14 teams currently signed up, 12 pd. Would like to have 20- 25 teams. Need 20 to profit. Have 25-30 hole sponsors, 16 raffle baskets, 4 more coming

Discussion on ways to keep club clean and not leave messes for next morning. Talked about using 2 roomba’s. Clarifying duties, assigning a team each week, clean-up checklist

- Annual meeting. We will not attend
- Dues structure for 2025-26. We will sign up as a per-sheet club. Some individuals incl board will need to sign up
Discussion was had on the subject of fundraising and the sign-in. Possible football pool or non at all. Follow up next meeting
